Driver was late and guessing he did not speak any English. Did not speak , just used hand jesters. Took smallest bag and just started walking to the car. Brought us to wrong hotel but fortunately they were attached. Another driver might be better.

The driver never greeted us, walked ahead of us , we had to ask him to turn on the air conditioner. Not friendly at all. I hired this company for my entire trip, hope this is not my experience next pickup. I use this company all the time and this is the first time I had this experience, normally the service is excellent. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Booking process through Holiday extras was easy . MTG met us at the airport arrials hall . Quicky taken by a very quick and courteous driver to our hotel . He loaded all cases carefully . Van was just the right size, comfortable for our party and what I expected. Return trip was the same driver who I though drove very well indeed. He arrived exactly on time for the return airport run . He never exceeded the speed limit and drove rapidly but safely which is just what you want when returning to the airport to beat the coaches . Definitely highly recommended .
