An excellent and full day covering the west of the island. Luis has a modern Citroen and speaks excellent English. He has a prepared itinerary but was flexible when I wanted more time at the pools. If you want to swim at the pools you may have to join a slow moving queue in order to get in. A great way to see the island and very good value for €190. The only thing I would add is that it would be useful to have a short written summary of all the places visited.

This guy canceled us 3 days before the excursion with no reason given. Worse, I emailed him twice, with no response from him. Viator customer service was non existent, as they won’t take emails or texts, only allowing customers to contact the excursion person (who refused to respond).
BEWARE of this excursion and Viator in general!

Booked the tour with Luis over the email when we had arrived on the island. Very easy to arrange and he collected us from our Villa for a tour of the west of the island. 7 of us, including 3 children and we all had a fantastic time. Luis took us to see some amazing views and places and was very knowledgable about an island he clearly loves, and we can understand why. Definitely recommend this company, it was a complete day trip and well worth doing. We intend to come back next year and do the East tour next time! Thank you Luis.
