Excellent service. Driver was easy to spot, holding his phone with our name on it. Guided us to the vehicle, loaded us and our luggage, and drove us safely to our accommodation. The van was clean, and smelled good. Driver provided us waters. Would definitely use again!!

We used Fat Cat transfers for many purposes during our time in Albufeira. They brought us to and from Faro airport and we arranged with them to transport our wedding parties and guests to and from our venue. Their customer service is outstanding and their communication before our arrival and during our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend fat cat transfers for wedding transport as their buses were immaculate, they arrived on time and ensured our guests were safely brought to our wedding and collected. Each driver we had was extremely friendly and loaded up our bags. Top class service, thank you fat cat transfers.

BEWARE booking transfers with airportstaxitransfers.com of Manor Gardens, London, N7 6JT I regularly (6 times a year) use and I highly recommend the always very reliable YELLOWFISH airport transfers from and back to Faro airport. However, in July 2022, for a slightly cheaper price I booked a transfer from and return to, Faro airport with airportstaxitransfers.com. On arrival at Faro the driver said there was a problem with one of their vehicles and asked me if I would share my ride with two passengers who were on my flight. ( was this genuine or a scam to get two fares for passengers going to nearby destinations ? ) Not wishing to ruin someone else’s holiday and despite being in a hurry I reluctantly agreed. I then had to wait 25 minutes for the two elderly passengers to arrive. They were to be dropped off after me some 10 min’s drive away. When I was dropped at my destination I offered to pay half my fare, given the driver would be getting two fares. Driver contacted his manager who confirmed I had to pay full fare and I would get a discount on my return trip. Of course a different driver arrived for my return who also insisted on full fare and, as he was not involved in the prevoius trip, I paid. On my return to UK I contacted airportstaxitransfers who in turn contacted their local supplier who, I was informed, would make a refund to my bank account. Surprise despite many contacts still no refund. Airports Taxi Transfers is a UK based web site which appears to engage local suppliers; the car provided at Faro was very small and had no logo’s, just appeared to be a private car. The driver was unable to confirm his passengers were covered by insurance.
