  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver didn’t show… I called with my reservation number and he didn’t have it and claimed he was only a vendor, no responsibility. We found alternative transportation. I want my money back!!! Never again. Uber is also a much better value

No one was there when we arrived, so we had to contact the team for them to send someone else. The new taxi driver arrived 15 mins later.
