In this experience i'm suggesting some of the most beautiful walking trails in Madeira Island. All the tours are scheduled in the less busiest day in each area to provide you a calm and relaxing experiences out of the crowds.     Most of our tours pass in some area with this ancient endemic forest. We will do some quick stops along the way to admire, take pictures or eat a snack surrounded by the laurel trees

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed two levadas hikes with Dino. The experiences exceeded expectations for a remarkable connection with the outdoors on Madeira. It was all made so easy under the guidance of Dino who picked us up at our hotel and gave us extensive insight and education on the nature side of the Island in addition to so much more on life here. He is a wonderful person who looks out for his guests and truly does everything possible to maximize their time on the trails. I highly recommend him to everyone looking for a guided hike on the beautiful Madeira- you will be thrilled with the time spent walking with Dino.

We are both 71 and the slope down to the largest tree was quite slippy due to the dew overnight. My husband wore trainers - would have been better with proper walking boots. The guide provided a walking stick which helped a lot.
