In this experience i'm suggesting some of the most beautiful walking trails in Madeira Island. All the tours are scheduled in the less busiest day in each area to provide you a calm and relaxing experiences out of the crowds. The schedule for the week will be the following: Monday: 25 Fountains and Risco levadas with waterfalls - Distance: 15km / Difficulty Level (1-5): 3 Tuesday: Larano coastal and forest trail - Distance: 11km / Difficulty Level (1-5): 3 Wednesday: Caldeirão Verde Levada - Distance: 13km / Difficulty Level (1-5): 2 Thursday: Fanal and Levada dos Cedros - Distance 12km / Difficulty Level (1-5): 2 Friday: Levada do Rei - Distance 10km / Difficulty Level (1-5): 1 Saturday: Ponta São Lourenço - Distance 7km / Difficulty Level (1-5): 2 Sunday: We will suggest a different trail according to the group needs and physical conditions. You can search for these names to have a look at the sceneries before booking.

    We'll talk about some relevant information about Madeira during the car trip to the start point, have an unforgettable experience by walking in the most magical places of Madeira, and if you want we can finish with a cold or hot drink in some place before dropping you off again at the hotel.

    Most of our tours pass in some area with this ancient endemic forest. We will do some quick stops along the way to admire, take pictures or eat a snack surrounded by the laurel trees

We went on two walks with Dino and had an amazing time . The walks were varied and Dino is very knowledgeable and friendly and imparts lots of interesting facts around the history and Madeira’s natural world , with a calm lovely manner . When back we would definetly book again

I went on 2 walks with Dino, as a solo female traveller. The first was Caldeirao Verde where it ended up being a private tour. Dino picked me up from the hotel (and kept me informed when he was running a bit late due to traffic) and was very easy to talk to. As it was just me on the tour he gave me the option of a harder but quieter route walking up to the levada from further down rather than the flatter route along the entire levada. This was perfect for me and I really enjoyed the walk but probably wouldn't suit those without a reasonable level of fitness. Dino shared a lot of interesting information about the island and various plants and birds we encountered. The second walk was the Larano coastal path which I did as a shared tour with three other people. Dino was great at ensuring that we all stayed together and that we walked at a pace which was comfortable for everyone. Both walks were stunning and although you could probably do them without a guide, you wouldn't get the information and knowledge that Dino shared and being picked up from the hotel also takes the hassle out of having to travel to the starting point of the walk. Dino also keeps up to date with which trails are safe and passable which is particularly reassuring as a solo traveller. I will hopefully be returning to Madeira next year and I will absolutely be attending more walks with Dino. Thank you!

This is an excellent service aimed at the more discerning client who wants a smaller group and is prepared to pay more. Guiding and local knowledge was very good and communication was also good. Can't fault!
