The trip to Porvoo takes approximately 40 minutes, on the way we will tell you about the history of Finland and also the cultural aspects of the Finnish nation. Porvoo is the second oldest city in Finland. The town is famed for its "Old Town", a dense medieval street pattern with wooden houses. It is the town of Johan Ludvig Runeberg and Albert Edelfelt. We also will visit the market square, King's hotel, Merchant houses, and Toy store.

Small group experience. Very nice walking tour of the city. We stopped at a little bakery for pastries and coffee. Delightful.

Tatiana was the most wonderful guide! She really knew her stuff and guided me through Porvoo with knowledge and grace. It is most definitely a private tour and was fun to get to know the towns history. Additionally, she gave some great recommendations of where to go/what to do in Helsinki as well after the tour was over. I’d give her 10 stars if I could! She was great!

I really enjoyed this tour. Porvoo in the snow was beautiful. Darius was a great guide. I especially liked the Finland stories he told us on the way to Porvoo. Highly recommended.
