Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I learned more about Spanish artists and their works of art in both museums. It was wonderful to see the pieces in person AND to learn the facts (and some myths) behind the masterpiece(s) as well as the artists themselves.

The woman at the ticket booth at the Reina Sofia said this company is was a scam. We bought tickets and a tour for both Reina Sofia and Prado Museum for 4 hours and got a 1.5 hour tour of the Prado Museum only. They didn’t even give us a ticket for the Reina Sofia so we had to go and buy new tickets and tour the museum without a guide.
We reached out to the company on that day requesting support and no one answered. So we spent €150 pp for a 1.5 hour tour of 1 museum. Not a 4 hour tour of 2 museums.
The quality of the tour was generally fine, but it was a big let down. And in the moment, you can’t really rectify it because you need to reserve tour guides in advanced.
Overall, I’d stay away from this company and find one that is on the formal museum website only.
