  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This is the best thing you can do to have fun whilst getting every important place in Prag shown by the guide. We had „Nick“ and he ist the best guide ever. Made so many beautiful pictures of us. Ist was really really amazing. We would always do that again. We can really recommend.
