I was so disappointed with this booking. The driver was late as the tour company said they did not have our pick-up location. I had sent it before leaving home and when I called Viator that morning when the driver did not show, they too had the pick-up location. This set our whole day in Vienna back. If that wasn't bad enough, we had to make extra stops as the driver 1st needed gas and then needed coffee as he was very tired. It turns out that he had been on duty beginning at 8pm the night before. So leading up to the 3 hour drive he had already put in a 131/2 shift. The drive ended up taking 5 1/2 hours due to traffic and the driver was super exhausted by the time we got to the hotel in Vienna.

Everything went really well. The driver was on-time and courteous. The drive was long due to road work but he made sure that everyone was comfortable and got us to our destination as quickly as possible. The treat bag was a very nice touch. Good job.
