You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

When I saw a sign with my name we felt like rock stars. Plus the driver was super friendly and welcoming. A great way to the start off our trip.

When i got to prague arrivals . My driver jiri was there with my name on it ! Said i hoped he didnt wait long ! He was very informative on food and since hes a local i asked what does he like to eat . He was very sweet . On the way home a few days later he came and got me too back to the airport ! I said heeeeeyyyy i know you ???? give that guy a raise !
