  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver (his name is Palvo or Paul) was already waiting at the airport. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The traffic was at its peak and Paul explained about Prague in general. He even took the city centre route and showed me around as much as he could. He recommended what to do and some tips for the first timer in Prague. The complimentary water bottle and city map are very useful ???? ????. Overall, I am very happy with the service ????
