We were very happy with our experience. We showed up to the address provided and just like we were told someone was there with a blue and white umbrella. A quick explanation of where you can go with your ticket and some history (around the 15mins stated). They then had a QR code to scan to get an online guide of what things were along the tour and our tickets along with a paper map of the area. The church was beautiful - by far the highlight of the area. It was well worth the visit and we are glad we didn’t miss it

It was a little chaotic upon arrival but we found our guide and he was very good in providing us details about the area, our tour, and our guide. When we scanned the QRC for the audio, I saved the login information but if you did not, we couldn’t find a way to log back into the guide. That should be improved but ither than that, all good!

Online guide of Prague Castle was excelent way how to see interesting sites. I apprised the most not too many things to be selected I those which were picked up were really interesting. I recommend this service for those who wants to see as much as possible on his own!!
