We used this service at the end of a Viking river cruise and got a ride from Passau to Prague with a two hour stop in Cesky Krumlov. The communication with Natalie was prompt, specific and helpful. The ride from Russ was comfortable, safe- he drove very calmly in traffic, sometimes pouring rain and highways- and informative. He was on time and helpful with luggage, local information and ended up taking us to the airport a few days later. Can recommend highly.
