Our group of four enjoyed an exceptional tasting experience yesterday at Tyrell’s. What a treat it was to be hosted by Scott who was an amazing host with exceptional knowledge and a passion for wine. He had a very engaging personality and his relaxed approach was an asset as we worked our way through well structured tasting flights. Our only disappointment was that he couldn’t arrange for the kangaroos to appear during our visit!! ????

Such an iconic Hunter Valley brand we had to visit! The Cellar Door is very traditional which was great and we really felt the history during our visit. No fancy cheese boards or other food options - it was all about the wine! Some great drops to try and a history lesson along the way!

My partner and I had an absolutely amazing time exploring wines, our host had a great sense of humour which made it all even more enjoyable. We will come back :)
