Traveler pickup is offered

- To know the exact time and meeting point, you must send a message through the option on your reservation at least 24 hours before the purchased visit date.

- Pickups are made from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel.

- If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to provide your full address including street name, street number, house number, state, postcode and city. This will enable us to provide you with the nearest pick-up point. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.

- Please let us know if you do not require transport and wish to travel to the park by your means. Please note that transport services that are not used will not be refunded.

- We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest. Some hotels have a policy of not allowing visitors onto the premises.

- You must present your printed or digital voucher with the QR codes, and your official ID to the guide for boarding the bus and to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park..
- You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location.
- The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. - The guides will call out the name of the tour.

- Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.

El 26 de Julio fui a XelHa con mi mamá. Aproximadamente a las 3pm pasamos por la cueva maya y decidimos entrar. Mi mamá tría una cosmetiquera de plástico con nuestra cartera adentro la cual contenía efectivo, identificaciones y tarjetas bancarias. También metimos nuestros IPhones en esta cosmetiquera y se nos cayó al mar. Mi mamá encontró un save guard en el puente flotante de nombre Antonio. A pesar de que el mar estaba turbio, este chico se sumergió una y otra vez para buscarla. Después de varios minutos parecía ya cansado pero no se dió por vencido hasta que al rededor de 40 minutos después la recuperó. Mi vida está en el teléfono porque lo manejo para todo, incluso es mi medio de trabajo. Lo que me recuperó Antonio fue más que un celular. Estoy infinitamente agradecida con este chico. Quiero reconocer su labor. Gracias, gracias, gracias Antonio

I can not take transport because it is not suitable to climb with wheelchair I had asked it and they said yes and it was not and I could not do Tulum since it is not suitable for chair I went by taxi directly to the park and it is not friendly for people without mobility (my brother was left with more pain by the roads with stones as the chair jumps despite I take the chair of the park because it was supposedly more comfortable and still lousy and we could not do almost anything because for almost everything there is staircase I do not recommend at all for someone with physical disability although it is slight is not at all not worth it I have visual endorsement of how the chair jumps of slopes even suitable roads and attractions with stairs is not appropriate for what they say to be inclusive
