Con respecto a nuestra experiencia debemos y estamos obligados a decir las cosas como son, reconocer la calidad de servicio: Primero y como parte importante, nuestro contacto surgió por una necesidad de buscar alguna alternativa más favorable a la que se tiene con nuestros proveedores de servicios de traslados en Europa, desde el primer día que probamos ponernos en contacto con Tourtravel and More por medio de la web, fue una atención que destacó por el servicio y seguimiento. Segundo, se dio un servicio y asesoramiento general pero muy puntual , por parte del Señor Alex Jorba. Con servicio personalizado y de mucha disponibilidad incluso fuera de horario, más por la diferencia horaria. Tercero, una facilidad y confiabilidad en el trámite, pero lo más importante una logística adecuada y precisa, que si en algún momento dudamos a hoy no queda duda de la excelente calidad que ustedes brindan. Cuarto, Servicio y calidad de atención en el tour del día de hoy y en los traslados prestados. Escuchar detrás del teléfono a 10 personas diciendote que el servicio que brindó Sergio fue excelente, eso es positivo hoy en día!, habla muy bien de la empresa y por consiguiente del respaldo que brindamos. Quinto, asistencia ante eventualidades que marcan la diferencia, hoy en el traslado nocturno se presentó un cambio inesperado en la hora de pick up en el traslado al Hotel, y por medio de una llamada telefónica y mensajes vía whatsapp , Alex y todo el equipo nos ayudó a solventar dicha eventualidad. ( En algo que sabemos es muy difícil por la premura de las fechas, nuevamente muchas gracias) En fin de verdad hasta este momento, ha sido una experiencia muy buena! nos quedan dos servicios más pero ya estamos confiados y tranquilos que las cosas salen bien. ¡Recomendados a nuestros colegas y agencia amigas! La experiencia con ustedes ha sido excelente. Hemos quedado encantadas con el magnífico tour, todo muy bien organizado. Nuestras guías, tanto Christel como Joanna son unas grandes profesionales y unas maravillosas personas, nos guiaron y explicaron todo fenomenal, nos hemos sentido muy acompañadas, han hecho todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia en París fuera estupenda. Nuestra visita a París ha sido inolvidable gracias a ustedes, estamos muy agradecidas. Sin duda volveremos a París para terminar de conocer todo lo que por tiempo no hemos podido visitar, ya que París es una ciudad preciosa, y nos encantaría que Christel y Joanna fueran nuestras guías de nuevo.
