A great day with an excellent tour guide who gave a lot of information. Food and ambiance at the Emirates Palace Hotel is something you have to treat yourself to. highly recommend this tour

Our tour guide, Zeeshan, was fabulous. He taught us so much more about Abu Dhabi than we expected. He was prompt, courteous and knew exactly where all the great spots were for photos. He keeps appropriate garb in his car should you not be covered properly for the mosque and there wasn’t a question Zeeshan couldn’t answer. The mosque, palaces and old Abu Dhabi are must see places. Our lunch was at the Emirates Palace, a 5 star hotel and included in our tour price. While the food was good, it wasn’t spectacular, they didn’t ask about food allergies (my husband is terribly allergic to lamb) and brought the predetermined courses one after another. Additionally, the waiter handed us the beverage menu and told us we could order whatever we wanted. Thankfully, we only ordered two juices and a tea as we were charged 187AED ($50) for our beverages. We felt incredibly misled by the restaurant staff who were also not very welcoming. We were literally the only ones in the restaurant and felt like a burden to the staff. Lastly, the stop at Ferrari World was underwhelming. Fortunately, Zeeshan was flexible and we moved on quickly from there. All in all Abu Dhabi is a must see and quite different from Dubai where we stayed. While I would skip the lunch and Ferarri World next time, Zeeshan was spectacular and highly recommended.

What a great tour! But what made it great was our driver Abid. He was extremely knowledge, perfect command of the English language and was an overall great person to spend a day with. He reminded us of the professor from the show Money Heist. If we do another tour again we will only request for Abid. Thank you Abid!!!
