Aunque a veces es complicado confirmar la reserva una vez hecha, hay que confiar en que van a estar ahí. Tuvimos un problema con el equipaje y llegó 3h tarde pero aún así me dieron el servicio. Como ya nonestaba disponible el mío, me ofrecieron ir con otra familia que iba a mitad de camino y aunqie no fue privado, agradezco la solución a altas horas de la noche después del accidentado viaje.
