Fine in the pick up and good service from Mike Return Cancelled last minute whilst we were waiting for them in hotel lobby and told us to get taxi and would refund us. Still waiting. Luckily paid via PayPal so will dispute and should receive funds back. I confirmed return journey day before and luckily was checking email when they notified! Horrid service would never use again.

Absolutely wonderful. I booked vip airport arrivals and transfers. Great communication. On time and friendly! Drivers were excellent. We forgot a camera when dropped off and they were contacting me before we even knew it was gone. Both Kelly tours and driver sent message through WhatsApp and camera brought to hotel within an hour. Also booked monkey land tour through them and everything went great.

The most important thing is that they were on time at PUJ, IN ADDITION TO THE VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTENTIONS, THEY GIVEN US DRINKS IN ADDITION, we definitely recommend it, their cars are very cozy and comfortable ..
