You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver spoke English and contacted us with important updates and arrived early. He was very helpful with loading all of our luggage. The van was clean and comfortable and the ride to the airport was smooth. Traveling with a toddler is challenging but the van service made the trip to the airport stress free. The driver also helped get a luggage trolley once we arrived at the airport. Terrific service and worth the cost!

We had a family of 9 including a 3 yrs old child and needed an airport transfer service. The booking was done very much smoothly through the Viator app and K-Van Limo send a Mr Peater Park to pick us up at 630am. Very courteous and helpful driver.. overall very satisfied service!
