  • If you have a specific start time in mind for your tour, please inform our supplier as soon as possible and they will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind, however, that the start time may be subject to change depending on the Nasrid Palaces appointment time provided by the administration of Alhambra, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you have not received an email informing you of the tour start time four days prior to your scheduled tour, please contact the tour supplier. Please note that the starting time printed on your voucher is only an approximation, and the exact start time will be communicated to you via email or SMS. To ensure that you receive timely updates, please provide a valid phone number in case the tour supplier needs to contact you regarding any changes to your tour that may be enforced by the Alhambra administration
  • Please bring your original ID or Passport the day of the visit.
  • Our tour includes the tickets. The Alhambra system requires that you provide us with all full names, as the tickets are nominative (you will need to bring your passport or ID card on the day of the visit). We would also like to inform you that the tour may be canceled due to sold-out tickets, although our cancellation rate is on average less than 0.4%. It can happen because Alhambra tickets are limited, and sometimes they may not be available for various reasons. However, we have a success rate of over 99% in obtaining them due to our dedication and experience. But please rest assured, this happens very rarely; you are in good hands. We prefer to inform you about the system and this is how all agencies operate
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Definitely worth it. Our driver, Miguel picked us up right at our hotel in Malaga and drove us to the Alhambra where our guide, Isabel, met us. Isabel was very knowledgeable about the Alhambra and the area. She was patient with us while taking pictures and took pictures of us. It was wonderful, not to have to worry about staying with a large group when there are so many people there. We had a fantastic lunch on the terrace at the hotel in Grenada (at own expense) which had fantastic views of the city. Then Miguel drove us back to our hotel. It was a truly wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic tour with Antonio. He took us Al Hambra/Nasrid Palace tour and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. His pace was perfect for our family members.

The tour was perfect. Great pairing of historic facts with a gentle pace allowing time to take in all the amazing visuals. In addition, the chosen lunch spot was excellent. I highly recommend this tour for first time visitors as well as anyone wishing to go on a repeat visit and learn more historic facts.
