  • If you have a specific start time in mind for your tour, please inform our supplier as soon as possible and they will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind, however, that the start time may be subject to change depending on the Nasrid Palaces appointment time provided by the administration of Alhambra, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you have not received an email informing you of the tour start time four days prior to your scheduled tour, please contact the tour supplier. Please note that the starting time printed on your voucher is only an approximation, and the exact start time will be communicated to you via email or SMS. To ensure that you receive timely updates, please provide a valid phone number in case the tour supplier needs to contact you regarding any changes to your tour that may be enforced by the Alhambra administration
  • Please bring your original ID or Passport the day of the visit.
  • Our tour includes the tickets. The Alhambra system requires that you provide us with all full names, as the tickets are nominative (you will need to bring your passport or ID card on the day of the visit). We would also like to inform you that the tour may be canceled due to sold-out tickets, although our cancellation rate is on average less than 0.4%. It can happen because Alhambra tickets are limited, and sometimes they may not be available for various reasons. However, we have a success rate of over 99% in obtaining them due to our dedication and experience. But please rest assured, this happens very rarely; you are in good hands. We prefer to inform you about the system and this is how all agencies operate
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My husband and I were promptly picked up by Pepe at the agreed-upon time, at our Vking cruise port location. Pepe introduced us to Malaga and Granada while we were driven to Alhambra. Once there, we met our personal guide, Hamdy, who guided us to the Palaces’ entry while introducing us to the history of Alhambra. As we were guided throughout these beautiful and ornate grounds, Hamdy shared a wealth of history and information for absolutely everything we saw. Hamdy additionally helped me set up excellent photos plus took several of us at key locations (photo ops!). Be prepared for lots of walking involving cobblestones, steps, inclines. But any challenges you may have are rewarded with a vast number of beautiful sights!! Once the tour was over, Hamdy recommended a restaurant in Granada where Pepe took us to enjoy a delicious lunch outside at a central location (where we also found an ATM to use). Next was the drive back to our ship where we were dropped off within the required time frame, just ahead of sailing to our next location. We highly recommend this tour!!!

Our trip was a seamless experience. We were picked up at our hotel and guided throughout the day. The driver and guide were punctual and were conversant in English. Our tour guide Andy was very knowledgeable and was an art historian. Excellent experience.
