Please note that the starting time printed on your voucher is only an approximation, and the exact start time will be communicated to you via email or SMS. To ensure that you receive timely updates, please provide a valid phone number in case the tour supplier needs to contact you regarding any changes to your tour that may be enforced by the Alhambra administration

The Alhambra system requires that you provide us with all full names, as the tickets are nominative (you will need to bring your passport or ID card on the day of the visit). We would also like to inform you that the tour may be canceled due to sold-out tickets, although our cancellation rate is on average less than 0.4%. It can happen because Alhambra tickets are limited, and sometimes they may not be available for various reasons. However, we have a success rate of over 99% in obtaining them due to our dedication and experience. But please rest assured, this happens very rarely; you are in good hands. We prefer to inform you about the system and this is how all agencies operate

    Excellent tour! We were picked up on time from our hotel in Malaga, the tour guide fine-tuned according to our needs and wishes, and we had an amazing day.

    We are a 3 generation group including 2 teens. The tour guide was excellent and kept it interesting for all. Because of his knowledge he was able to explain the symbolism and interpret the Arabic writings. He even noticed that one teen was especially interested in photography and went out of his way to help him get the shots he was looking for. The driver from Malaga was excellent and the van was comfortable. It was an excellent day for our group.

    At $200+ pp and great reviews, I had high expectations for this trip. The trip was fine but definitely had room for improvement. Our driver was nice but spoke very little English and the ride to Granada and back did not include any information about the area. The time at Alhambra was nice and our guide was knowledgeable although spoke very quickly. Our driver was late to pick us up and we barely had enough time to get lunch in the city center. I think the tour should include at least 2 hours in the city to allow some time to explore after eating.
