Perfect on-time pickup from the Queen Mary 2 in South Hampton and straight into London city hotel. Driver was courteous and the car was impeccably clean.

The communication with the office and driver was very good; we were disembarking a cruise ship and unfortunately ended up not being able to get off the ship until an hour past our time. Thankfully the driver and office communicated and were able to wait. We were very grateful. The driver was friendly and did a great job getting us into London.

Our transporter was on time. We needed to be at the airport before 10am. Most of the roads were closed off due to the queen’s funeral, but he found a way to get us there in a timely fashion.
