This is well worth the money to have a driver for you at the airport. We arrived in Munich early, but had to wait long time for our bags. I wasn't sure if our driver was there or not. But then while waiting for our luggage our driver called to let us know he was there and waiting. I told him yes we were here too and that we were waiting on our bags. He replied know problem take your time I am here waiting. Wow what can I say and to have that relief knowing he was there. Also the ride to our hotel very smooth ride. Very polite and professional driver, excellent service again well worth it and highly recommend.

Our flight was delayed. Neither phone number worked (maybe because I’m on a U.S. phone?). Sent two emails with schedule change request. No reply or any attempt to contact. No driver at the airport—took a taxi instead. I pre-paid $106, got nothing, feel robbed. What’s with you people?
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
