* Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

I reserved a mini van to pick up 3 women with luggage at Charles De Gaulle airport. They sent a sedan that would only take 2 of us to the hotel, even though my confirmation says 3 adults. . We did not want to separate so we had to pay for a taxi to the hotel. Now they do not want to give us a refund.

Our driver never showed We finally got a hold Of someone was told they couldn’t find anyone but never notified us. We are still waiting for refund because they were quick to take our money ???? I asked for supervisor was told they didn’t have one on this particular shift.
