  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This was brilliant - it took the stress out of travelling! We were met at the end of our train platform and escorted to the water taxi that was waiting for us. We were taken directly to our hotel while we got to sit back and enjoy the journey. Would definitely recommend

This was a blast! We were promptly met at the train arrivals by a greeter with a sign. Then we loaded onto a beautiful wooden motor boat and powered through the canal to our hotel. Felt like a James Bond moment. Got great pictures and everyone had fun. Highly recommend at least once.

Also Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, führen die Kunden in die Irre. Die Verkaufen uns Tagen Tickets geben uns aber keine Infos, dass ab 21:13 kein Boote mehr fahren, als ich die zu Redestelle, lügen die uns an. Also absolut nicht erreichbar. Die Konkurrenz fährt alle 10 Minuten bis Mitternacht und hat mehr Haltestellen und das Personal der Konkurrenz ist auch freundlich. Bitte absolut kein Ticket von den kaufen. Man sollte von so einem Unternehmen die Lizenz entziehen.
