First off it was not a water taxi, which had us concerned that we were in the wrong place. When I called the number on the booking they had no reservation for us. When I called the viator main number i was on hold for 20 minutes with no one coming back to the phone. Fortunately a car arrived on time and took us directly to our hotel.
