Guide Paivi was fantastic with the children, kept them interested for the long tour, and was flexible to adapt to our needs. She was clearly 5 stars! Price of tour is questionable and I would rate 2-3 stars (kids starting 6 count as adults) and while description talks about admission for the Castello, there are actually no tickets needed for the grounds. Also the other tickets are not really expensive, at La Scala kids are even free. I didn’t do enough research beforehand and clearly paid for that - overall, agency should reconsider pricing of tour.

Our guide was so knowledgeable. She is an art historian and really loves her work. Since it was our first time in Milan, she also took the time to share other recommendations on where to go and eat! We had a great morning with her!
