We booked a PRIVATE tour to Bruges from Paris for our anniversary. On 5/31. The day before, the company contacted me to ask if we were willing to share our private tour on our anniversary with more people. That “it would be a pity” if these other people couldn’t go too. We said no as we had specifically chosen private (and paid more) since we were celebrating our anniversary. A few hours later, the company contacted us to say their vehicle AC had broken and they could only take us with no AC or in a small private vehicle, not the one we booked. Seemed a little too convenient and that they got a better offer and wanted to cancel our booking. Maybe coincidence maybe not. Regardless our Anniversary trip ruined. Luckily we got our money back. Very disappointing experience.

We have 2 more people for tomorrow. We offer You a EUR 200 discount if You agree to share our Mercedes minivan with other 2 clients. They can take two seats in the back row and You can take 3 seats in the row behind the driver and if You want the seat near the driver as well.

“TOP URGENT. The Mercedes minivan has got a broken air-conditioning. It is not so hot but anyway this would be not comfortable. SO we offer You 3 options
1. To take instead a Private Car
2. To accept the Minivan with broken air-conditioning
3. To cancel with Full refund.
Please Advise ASAP because we have to allocate the Car/Minivan.
We are sorry about that because we got it yesterday repaired from the Service and have got today same problem.
