Everything was perfect! We choose the Mercedes. Car was nice and clean and the driver was on time and super friendly and knowledgeable of Paris. I highly recommend. Customer service communicating online was also flawless!

On time pickup. Driver was very helpful and friendly. We had luggages for a 5 hours trip before going to the airport. Everything was safe and sound.
