As a family of 4 adults spending a week in NO French quarter ( so cool) we thought we would do this private tour on our last day. It was disappointing, our guide spoke so fast, and was often turned away ( to look where she was going, I guess understandable but the mule knew the route well). Consequently we could only hear a fraction of what she said, and the speed of delivery was like one of those TV advert disclaimers read so fast in monotone after the advert! In summary, a nice enough ride around an interesting area but really not worth the $300 we paid for a private tour.

We rented a carriage to follow the second line at our daughter's wedding for those who could not walk a long distance. Royal Carriage was great. They showed up on time and everyone had a great time.
