Electric car was low on battery and eventually ran out and was unable to charge so we had to Uber our way back to London in a hurry to make our next event. I am requesting some credit back for this reason

We booked a last minute journey to a festival for 12 people and there back and I couldn’t recommend it enough as it meant we avoided busy public transportation and got dropped off and picked up right by the entrance of the festival. The whole booking was smooth and the service was top notch - thank you to our driver, we had a great time and thank you for making our experience so seamless!
