We recently completed this tour with Daniel and really enjoyed our experience. After booking, everything was seamless. We were communicated with via WhatsApp, picked up from our hotel on time and safely driven to Comuna 13. Once we arrived, Daniel educated us about the area and its history, his passion and knowledge about the community was obvious to see. We respectfully and quietly moved through the community and were able to set our own pace on a hot day. We had the opportunity to try local drinks/food and stop as we wished when spots caught our eye. The final part of the tour was a ride on the cable car, which forms a key part of the local public transit system, with connections to Colombia's only Metro. I'm glad we booked this tour, as I was shocked to see the other big tour groups moving loudly through the community with a microphone and loudspeaker, seemingly with no consideration for the people who live there. This tour is a great way to see one of Medellin's most popular places while respecting the people who live there.

My private guide, Daniel, picked me up exactly on time, drove to Communa 13, told me innumerable facts re history, culture, guided me extensively thru the district, pointed out salient highlights, accompanied me to cable, took me back to hotel.
