It is a cooking course where guests will be an active part of the course. Not a demonstration course but guests will literally get their hands on it! You learn simple recipes of our tradition, which can be easily recreated at home. The course takes place on my farm where I produce saffron oil, vegetables and raise chickens: the ingredients we will use are all very fresh, many of which are our own production. If time permits, we will take the course outdoors with a view of vineyards and olive trees and then eat what we have prepared in the open air, otherwise we will work in our barn. The farm stands on top of a hill in an oasis of peace and tranquility away from noise, cars and pollution. On request we can make a vegetarian menu.

We had an amazing day with Camila at her charming house. She showed us around the different production she grows and then we had a very fun and resourceful time with a small lovely group, with whom we shared the same interest and eager to learn. We learnt how to bake dough for several déclinaisons of recipes as well as making pasta with different shapes. We then agreed on the garniture and different sauces with her. She showed and explained everything A to Z with her big smile and bubbly personality. We then enjoyed the tasty meal we cooked (including pasta dessert!), accompanied with her own growned wine. We ultimately left with her previous recipe book. We had a very sweet time away from city visits, very complimentary to our trip, and that memory will stay with us for long.

Amazing experience in the hills of Tuscany! Camilla welcomed us into her home and shared her authentic Italian recipes. We enjoyed making delicious fresh pasta accompanied by her families home made wine. Highly recommend!!

Camilla is truly the most wonderful host! The weather ended up being overcast for our cooking lesson, but that did not stop the fun. Camilla provided us with a tour of the farm, and walked us through making each of the recipes. Being at the farm was a very comfortable and welcoming experience. My husband and I knew we wanted to experience a cooking class together as part of our honeymoon, and I am so thankful we found this one! It is so worth it, and you will have a wonderful time.
