We had an amazing day with Camila at her charming house. She showed us around the different production she grows and then we had a very fun and resourceful time with a small lovely group, with whom we shared the same interest and eager to learn. We learnt how to bake dough for several déclinaisons of recipes as well as making pasta with different shapes. We then agreed on the garniture and different sauces with her. She showed and explained everything A to Z with her big smile and bubbly personality. We then enjoyed the tasty meal we cooked (including pasta dessert!), accompanied with her own growned wine. We ultimately left with her previous recipe book.
We had a very sweet time away from city visits, very complimentary to our trip, and that memory will stay with us for long.
