Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Enjoy the Destin waters aboard your own private double-decker with slides. We will tour the surrounding area and then navigate into Crab Island where we will anchor up and enjoy the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast. We welcome all families, couples, groups, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc. Call or text us at the number indicated on your voucher. Thank you.
Weather Policy: The trip will be cancelled only if there has been a warning issued such as a small craft advisory or severe weather waring. A full refund will be issued upon notification.

Destin, Florida, United States We will meet you at the dock and cruise into Crab Island where we will anchor up in shallow water that is perfect for swimming/relaxing on floats. Additionally, there are restaurants and vendor boats on the island. 180 minutes

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We had reserved thru Trip Advisor because of the great reviews. I emailed Emerald Island Charters about 2 months before our trip to ask a few questions- never got a response. Now we are in Destin and I receive an auto email from Trip Advisor saying our captain cancelled the trip. No explanation, no additional information, nothing. I fully understand the weather policy (it’s due to rain on the day we are supposed to go) however the forecast here has been like that all week? The forecast says it’s going to rain but it ends up being sunny. I don’t know how they could cancel 3 days in advance. And again, no explanation. I even called and left them a voicemail. No response. Save yourself the headache and book thru someone else!

Our captain was Nicholas and we had a blast. The kids had a great time on the double slides (we did too!) We took our own food and drinks for this 4 hour tour but Nicholas had plenty of things on the boat to swim with. Kayak, paddle board, lily pad mat and goggles. It was cool to actually see what's out on crab Island. The floating restaurants and store was so neat! They had ppl driving around in dingys selling ice cream and snow cones too! We will book this again next year!! Thank you all for a great time!
