Bến Dược is about 20km farther away then popular-Bến-Đình-area and attracts fewer tourists. There is also a massive temple in memory of Vietnamese killed at Củ Chi; it is, at present, the largest war memorial in Việt Nam. The stimulation of this Củ Chi liberated area will give you insights into the architecture of the houses, the lives, the living, the fighting of the army and the people of Củ Chi in the period from 1961 – 1972.

At short notice, my family of 4 was booked onto a day trip from Saigon to the Cu Chi tunnels. James Vo was our guide and Mr Hao our excellent driver. There were only 6 of us on the tour in a very comfortable 12 seater minivan. I have to say that James was the best tour guide we had all throughout Vietnam. His English is excellent and his knowledge and willingness to spend a lot of time explaining the history and generally answer questions about Vietnam was 10/10. We felt very well looked after and enjoyed the day trip. Thanks!!

We had a great time, learnt lots about the Vietnam war, our tour guide Vin was very helpful and had great knowledge, he was very friendly and helpful as he was able to Awnser all of our questions.
