Your personal driver-guide will be waiting for you in front of the Tourist Service Center counter at the Arrival Hall of either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 (depending on your flight). They will be holding a sign with "YOLO Taiwan" and the name of the lead traveler.

Best layover experience we’ve ever had! Jackson, our tour guide, went way above and beyond our expectations. A nice welcome from the airport, having an authentic Taiwanese breakfast, visiting the president’s palace, the freedom wall, trip to Jioufen, the street food, and lots of boba! All of those in an 8-hour layover seem impossible to do! But Jackson, with his pleasant personality and vast experience made it all possible! Oh, and his love for taking photos is an added bonus! My family had the best layover experience! We are grateful! Thank you again Jackson!
