    Visit Zakopane and Polish mountains. Experience a unique style of architecture, clothing and food. Taste traditional smoked cheese. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Polish mountains from the cable car. Visit the historic wooden village. See the ski jumps of the World Cup. This is a full day tour lasting approximately 11 hours.

  • Chocholow, Chocholow, Poland
    About 20 minutes from Zakopane lies the wooden village of Chochołów. This village is famous for the wooden houses that look almost identical. Settlers traditionally washed the wooden walls of buildings with soapy water. They do it twice a year before Christmas and Easter. Thanks to this, buildings that are many years old look like new. There are places in the clearings near Chochołów where highlands produce sheep's cheese, which is traditional for this region of Poland. This cheese is called "Oscypek". As part of the trip, you will visit this place and get to know the production history and taste of this cheese.

  • Gubalowka, Zakopane, Poland
    There is a cable car in Zakopane that allows you to climb to the top of Gubałówka Mountain. The upper station is at an altitude of 1,126 m above sea level. from the hill offers a beautiful view of the Polish Tatra landscape. There are also many tourist attractions as well as restaurants and cafes where you can try mulled wine and relax with a view of the mountain landscape.

Beautiful scenery on the way up to the mountains we stopped at a snow covered church and tasted some traditional vodka and sheep’s cheese and cranberry jam. The day we visited it was very misty in the mountains d st I couldn’t see some of the views others have seen on here. There was a few stalls on the top of the mountain. The town was very quiet but I got to try traditional polish soup Zurek which was very tasty.

Our driver Lukasz was early in picking us up from our accommodation. Throughout our trip he was very informative and knowledgeable of all aspects connected with our trip. There were only 6 in our party. We stopped off at various locations before we arrived at Zakopane. The view from the top was amazing and worth the trip alone!! We had 3 hours to spend in Zakopane which was more than enough. Lukasz helped make the trip memorable, very safe driver and very pleasant & friendly. Also the Cherry Vodka was very nice... Would highly recommend this trip.

This trip was good but not exactly as I was expecting. Our driver Piter picked us up on time and was knowledgable and happily chatted with the group on the drive, pointing out certain landmarks on the way. The drive was long and the minibus was pretty cramped which was not ideal. The first stop on the way up the mountain was in a small village which we only had 10 minutes to explore which wasn’t long enough in my opinion. The next stop was where we sampled some local cheese and vodka. This was nice but a bit of waiting around was involved as there was another party there before us. Once we arrived in the main area of Zapokane, we seemed to drive passed a really lovely looking area/town and were dropped off another mile or two away to an area nearer the funicular. We were excited for the views but were disappointed that there was a bit of construction going on which spoiled it and so many stalls selling the same tat. This could be much more beautiful if done right. The main shopping street was cute with some local shops and restaurants but would have appreciated more time in the other area we drove through as well as this looked much more authentic. Worth the money in terms of taking the worry out of the travel but needs tweaking to make it the ultimate experience of a mountain town.
