    Kitchenware galore awaits you in Doguyasuji. A great place to pick up a Japanese cooking knife, wax sushi models, Japanese ceramics and other serving dishes. Tea cups and lacquer chopsticks round out a nice selection of souvenirs to take home.

We loved learning about the culture of Osaka through the visit of markets. We would definitely recommend this to all. Beware - you will be doing a lot of walking - but it's worth it.

This was an excellent tour. My partner and I learned so much about food culture and history in Osaka. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgable. He was able to expertly answer the many questions we asked him. I don't understand some of the more negative reviews of this not being a food tour: it is what you make of it. At any point you can stop and purchase food at any of the markets you're in. I certainly did.

Guide Lito was terrific and happy to cater tour to our needs and timetable. Very knowledgable and seemed to enjoy himself as much as we did! Saw a range of food markets in Osaka and were able to buy and sample amazing foods and also other food related products.
