Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You'll be picked up in a luxury sedan transfer for three people. All vehicles feature stylish and spacious interiors and you will be met and escorted by a professional chauffeur.

We will meet you at the date and time agreed on. If you do not see the driver for any reason, please call and tell the operator you are holding a pre-paid voucher. Follow the operator's instructions. Give the voucher to the driver.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I requested for both pick ups for a sedan due to my elderly mother having difficulties climbing into a suv and both time the driver showed up in a SUV one was a Mazda CX9 the other was a suburban privately owned by the drivers so basically this company is a high price Uber both vehicles had cracked windshields and were by no means what is shown. Do not expect a luxury sedan or SUV drivers were pleasant but customer service and reservation request ignored

When booking thru Viator, there is a disconnect between them and the actual car company. I called 12 hours prior and they scrambled to find me a car. Once it was set, I did receive confirmation from the company that driver was to be there at 9:30. At 9:52 I reached driver and he apologized that he was confused but was on his way. We had to order an Uber instead so we cancelled the driver coming. Don’t use this service thru Viator
