We visited two wineries, Quinta do Bomfim, and Quinta do Seixo. Both were great but the second one had spectacular views and the restaurant on site was fabulo. Our driver, Carlos, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and very accommodating, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. We ended up hiring him to take us to the airport the next day.
I would definitely recommend this tour and this driver. It was awesome.

Ana is a miracle worker. Sunday morning we received a message via Viator that our private full day tour of the Douro Valley was cancelled by the local tour company with less than 24 hours notice. Ana worked diligently all day Sunday to arrange a private luxury vehicle with driver snd guide, 2 distinguished winery visits and tastings, train station tour, river boat tour and lunch. Other than connecting us with Ana after much complaining, Viator offered nothing but a refund. Ana truly saved our visit to Porto. And Carlos was a great guide and driver - professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly. Highly recommend both!!
