Our pilots have been champions of Spain and currently third in the national ranking and sixth in the last World Championship in Dubai and with more than 35 years of experience. There is a transfer option from some hotels with payment and if requested well in advance. We booked our air ballon experience through our tui rep based at zafiro rey don Jamie Santa Ponsa. It was an early start, pick up at 4:50 am, with two other pick ups on the way to Manacor Balloon experience. Staff were friendly, a little bit chaotic with all the other arrivals being booked in and allocated to their balloons. Men were encouraged to participate by preparing the inflation of the balloons, really exhilarating to watch the ballon’s inflate, then take flight. In the air the pilot was very informative throughout, very professional and safety conscious, the landing was perfect that ended a perfect flight/experience. But that didn’t end there, treated as part of the team all efforts by all to pack the balloon away in readiness for the next balloon take off, ended with drive back to base for initiation ceremony and continental breakfast. Brilliant, really had a fantastic time. Thank you
