We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Gibraltar! Our driver Juan was very friendly, making our commute to Gibraltar comfortable. Our tour guide Tom was amazing! As a life long resident of Gibraltar, he shared personal historical accounts, as well as shared a tremendous amount of information regarding the area! The tours to St. Michael’s Cave and the Siege Tunnel were really interesting! Of course seeing the Macaque monkeys in their natural habitat was entertaining! Strongly recommend the experience!

We were very lucky that we had Thomas as our tour guide (on his 50th Birthday). Born and raised in Gibraltar, Thomas gave us an amazing tour of the the Rock with a big, fascinating dose of history on the side. Friendly with the apes, Thomas told us all about their history, their maintenance, and even their birth control plans! We had several close up interactions, and learned a ton about the animals, their habitat, and their husbandry. We also enjoyed a tour of the St. Michael's Cave and the Siege Tunnels. He was an amazing guide and really made the trip worthwhile.
The tour will pick you up at the hotel, and then drop you off about 100m from the border crossing. You will walk across the border, and then meet your tour guide just on the other side, to whisk you off to the rock. The same happens on return.
Overall, I would highly recommend the tour, and especially Thomas!
