Spread over an area of 380 acres of land, Nehru Zoological Park is a refuge for many endangered and critically endangered species of wildlife.

    Birla Mandir is a Hindu temple, built on a 280 feet (85 m) high hillock called Naubath Pahad on a 13 acres (53,000 m2) plot. The construction took 10 years and was constructed in 1976 by Swami Ranganathananda of of Ramakrishna Mission. The temple was constructed by Birla Foundation, which has also constructed several similar temples across India, all of which are known as Birla Mandir.

It is located quite close to the other tourist spots of Hyderabad such as Charminar, Mecca Masjid.

The monument was built in 1591 to celebrate the end of a plague epidemic in Hyderabad.

Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it connects the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The lake was built in the year 1575 by Sultan Ibrahim Kutb Shah at a cost of about Rs. 2.5 lakhs.

Great tour. The one warning I would give is you will end up going to two high pressure sales shops. Compare it to a high pressure time share sale. Had that not been part of the trip I would give it 5 stars.
