Our guide, Alex, was terrific. He showed us all over town and drove us to the winery, and he made us feel very comfortable, tending to our needs for a rest, food, etc. Santiago is a very cool city, but as you'll see, it is covered with graffiti, which can be a little unnerving and make you unsure as to which area is safe or not. As we entered a small park area in a main square, he said, "Ok you two. Stay VERY CLOSE to me. This is not safe here. Many pickpockets." This was very helpful, and the whole day was a great adventure. He gave us options for seeing different parts of the town. We learned a ton and want to come back again. Thank you!

This travel was the worst and never worth to the money paid. The only good thing was the guide was good and kind even though he was not expert in guide. The travel agency seemed they didn't care about the guests at all. I got contact information at 9:30 PM one day before travel. And the guide didn't know what kind of program was included in my bookings. The travel explanation said this includes "old town tour like plaza armas, Santa Lucia, San Cristbal, Sky Costanera, Concha y Toro and other programs with admission ticket included" But the guide, who didn't get any information about my booking from travel agency, brought us only Concha y Toro, old town and Sky Costanera !!!! And he even didn't know my booking includes lunch.... I did this travel in the 1st day of Santiago trip and this was totally horrible. (FYI, Concha y Toro and Sky Costanera is worth to go but don't go with this travel agency) I made another booking to visit Santa Lucia and San Christobal with other travel agency. This is a totally waste of money and I want to request refund at least 50% of paid expenses.

The long drive to CONCHA Y TORO made us all tired. コンチャイトロまでは高速道路を使わず時間がかかったので疲れた。 Lunch time is too long. ランチタイムが長すぎた。
