My wife and I had a great time learning techniques to make better gluten free pasta at home. The food was fantastic and our Chef was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this experience!

Because we needed to do the Gluten Free class, my family of five received essentially a private cooking class from our wonderful chef. The space was dedicated gluten free with labeled gluten free mixers and dedicated cooking utensils. We also learned a lot about how to compensate for the lack of gluten in pasta.
