Experience was great and the museum being so big, the guide was able to avoid most of the crowds and show us the major items on display and what we were interested in especially the things my grandson wanted to see. Richard did a great job of directing us through the museum and providing excellent information on what we saw. Without him and just a map we would never been able to cover so much in 3 hours. Would highly recommend this tour for a first and maybe only visit to the museum. Through his knowledge we got into the museum very quickly and avoided the long lines.

Robert was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the museum quickly but used every minute to share exciting details about pieces we would have otherwise overlooked. Would highly recommend this tour for a family. My children (13, 11, & 9) really enjoyed it.
