We were in town on a cruise and had no clue what we were going to do when we got to town. We stumbled upon Sam holding the sign and asked about the tour. It ended up being one of our favorite days in our 16 day trip. Sam knows his stuff!!! He is funny, smart and told some great stories of the town. I would highly recommend taking the 90 minute walking tour with them!

We were in Canterbury in April 2022. We were staying at Canterbury Lodge located next to St. Augustine's Abbey and wanted a private tour as we were interested in the historical significance of the area and wanted a detailed tour. Our hosts at the Canterbury Lodge recommended Canterbury Guided Tours which we booked in advance. Our guide was Jane and she met us at the Lodge and spent the next few hours walking us through the town and sharing not only the historical facts but fun facts such as how the term "eaves dropping" came from. We had a wonderful time with Jane and definitely left feeling much more knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this tour company and our tour guide Jane!
