We used Tours by Diego having read positive reviews online. Ricardo - Diogo’s brother - was the perfect host. He was relaxed, friendly, informative and had a good sense of humour! The tour was done at a relaxing pace and we never felt rushed at any stage. We had time for a coffee at the top of the Nuns Valley and a very pleasant lunch at Camara de Lobos - Scabbard fish with banana - magic! The whole tour was most enjoyable and we would certainly use Tours by Diogo again - possibly on this visit to Madeira, but certainly on the next one!

13.09 We did a private tour w/ Diogo. It was a great experience & highly enjoyed it. He’s very knowledgeable about his homeland. Very passionate about the history of Madeira. We certainly had a great time. Obrigado ????. It is a must do TOUR of the island.

We booked an Eastern side of the island trip but given the weather was cloudy, an alternative route was suggested which we agreed to, and we really enjoyed the experience Diego was really informative and great fun to spend the experience with, very friendly, we had a really wonderful day and would book again with Diogo when we return We would thoroughly recommend a trip with Diogo
