Can’t sum up our experience since it was cancelled at last minute! This was after spending 2+ hours on the phone signing up for the excursion. What a waste of our valuable time!

After meeting up with our guide at the airport, the driver did not show up. An hour later, still no driver. The tour guide’s office did not answer the phone. We are requesting a full refund. Repayment of the additional $30 cab ride to town we had to pay is expected, too.

This is a great tour to do if you have a layover in Santiago or a bit of time you need to spend at the airport. They can pick you up at the airport, take you around the city and show you many of the highlights. I was able to bring my luggage with me, then was dropped off at the airport at the end of the tour. My guide was Mauricio and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!
