Carlo was great! The food was amazing and he helped us out when the power kept going out in our Airbnb. Beyond great! I recommend him

Chef Carlo came to our Airbnb flat and prepared a fantastic meal, and graciously let the 4 kids in our group help him to prepare the various dishes. Despite limited English (thought better than our Italian to be sure) he was able to communicate with the kids and had them super engaged.
Started with bruschetta, then onto pasta carbonara, then saltimbocca, and finally a tiramisu for desert.
We were a little leery to serve our kiddos veal, so he agreed ahead of time to make the saltimbocca with chicken, and I also had asked him to bring along some traditional Italian soft drinks for the kids (limonata, oranciata, etc.) and a few bottles of wine to pair for an extra fee.
It was a really fun night for all of us, a lovely little break from eating out every meal while on our holiday, giving us a chance to enjoy ourselves together at our flat while Carlo made everything and also made a huge dent on the clean-up!
The kids said it was the best chicken they’d ever had, and there was not even a crumb left of the dessert, despite us all being stuffed by the end of the meal. We all had a great evening with Carlo - so much fun!

What fun! After a busy day of sightseeing, we were treated to Carlo cooking a 4 course dinner at our Airbnb flat! Carlo was delightful and cheerfully shared techniques for the creamiest carbonara we ever had. Bravo!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
