Carlo was amazing! He prepared a four course meal for us, it was delicious. He left the kitchen cleaned and in order. He left us a gift, a book he published. Can’t wait to read it.

This private homemade meal with our chef was the highlight of our trip. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The chef was warm, welcoming, and shared great stories behind the food. It was comfortable, personal, and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience authentic cuisine in a more intimate setting.
